GDPR - The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy for all individuals within the European Union. 

 

When you send us a message via our website Contact Page, we use the details you have provided - name, email address, phone number and address - to allow us to communicate with you.

 

All messages are processed through a secure server and any subsequent email communication is accessed on a password protected computer, also via a secure server.

 

We hold a database of customers’ details on our accounting software which is accessed solely by Foxwood and it's Chartered Accountant. We are legally required to retain a certain amount of data for compliance with HMRC.

 

Any personal data you have provided will never be sold or given to any third-party organisation.
